HCR 33                                                                                                                        
Representative Samuels gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on                                                            
HCR 33 (page 2832).                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
reconsideration of HCR 33 be taken up on the same day.  There being                                                             
no objection, it was so ordered.

    Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of                                                              
    the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 255,                                                               
    relating to refunding of certain outstanding bonds issued by the                                                            
    Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority concerning
